Privacy Policy
When you place an order for a product that requires payment, we collect your name, billing address, credit
card information, telephone number, and email address. This information will be used to process orders and
if necessary, to contact you regarding the status of your orders.
With your permission, this information may be used by Melting Pot Gifts to contact you for promotional
purposes. We do not currently share your customer contact information with third parties for promotional
purposes, and we will only do so in the future with your prior approval via email notification.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we'll be happy to provide you with a refund or
an exchange. Please note that we can only refund shipping and handling costs if the return is a result of our
error.
If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order and merchandise
should be returned within 15 days of receipt of your order. Return merchandise will not be accepted if you

If you paid by credit card and are requesting a refund, the amount should be credited on your card within 7-10
days. If you paid by check, you should receive your refund within 7-14 days.
